1. Pick-up & Drop-off: Vehicle arrangements for pick-up and drop-off can be organized upon request, subject to additional charges.

2. Suitability: Our services are suitable for all age groups. Children aged 10 years and above will be charged as adults, while children under 3 years old can join free of charge.

3. Private Parties & Corporate Events: We cater to private parties and corporate events, offering tailored experiences for your special occasions.

4. Group Bookings: Special discounts are available for group bookings, providing added value for larger gatherings.

5. Offers: Contact our team for the latest offers and promotions. We continually update our deals to ensure you get the best experience.

6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking to avoid charges.

7. Refund Policy: There will be no refunds or reimbursements for partially used services. Once booked, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the experience.

8. No-shows & Same-Day Cancellations: A 100% charge will apply for no-shows or cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled event.
